Terms of Use

Ghost Targetolog is an AI-powered SaaS platform that lets you create, launch, monitor and optimize advertising campaigns in the Meta ecosystem (Facebook and Instagram) through a Telegram bot. The Service acts on your instructions inside your own Meta ad accounts using the Meta Marketing API.

• You must have your own Meta ad account and authorize the Service to access it.
• Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to Meta and are not included in the subscription fee.
• We may add, change or remove features to improve the Service.
• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

• Price. Access to the Service costs 30,000 ₸ (KZT) per month per account.
• Billing period. The subscription is billed for one month in advance and renews automatically for successive monthly periods until cancelled.
• Payment. Payment is made through the payment methods offered in the Telegram bot. Your subscription becomes active once payment is confirmed.
• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through the Telegram bot or by emailing ghost.targetolog@gmail.com. Cancellation stops further renewals; access remains available until the end of the paid period.
• Non-payment. If a renewal payment fails, access to the Service may be suspended until payment is completed.
• Price changes. We may change the subscription price. You will be notified before a new price applies to your next billing period, and you may cancel if you do not accept it.

Amounts already paid for a started billing period are non-refundable unless refund is required by applicable law.

You are responsible for the security of your Telegram account and your Meta Business account, and for all activity performed through them in the Service. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share, resell or transfer your access to third parties without our written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Advertise prohibited or restricted goods and services, or content that is deceptive, fraudulent or misleading.
• Access ad accounts, Pages or data that you do not own or are not authorized to manage.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Circumvent rate limits, quotas, security measures or the Meta Marketing API terms.
• Upload malware, or use the Service to distribute spam or harmful content.
• Resell, sublicense or white-label the Service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe these rules have been breached.

The Service operates within the Meta ecosystem and is subject to Meta’s rules. You are solely responsible for the advertising content, targeting and claims in your campaigns.

• You must comply with the Meta Advertising Standards, Meta Terms of Service and all applicable advertising and consumer protection laws.
• You are responsible for having the rights to any creatives, trademarks, images and text you submit.
• We do not guarantee that any campaign, ad or ad account will be approved by Meta, and we are not responsible for ad rejections, account restrictions, disapprovals or bans imposed by Meta.
• Meta may change its API, policies or pricing at any time, which may affect the availability of certain Service features.

The Service, its software, design, branding and documentation are owned by KAZSCALE and are protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service during your subscription. You retain full ownership of your own advertising content and data.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of defects, and we make no guarantee of any specific advertising result — including reach, leads, sales, cost per result or return on ad spend. Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control. AI-generated recommendations are informational and you remain responsible for the decisions you approve.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KAZSCALE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount of subscription fees you paid to us during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for advertising budgets spent through your Meta ad accounts.

• You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, unlawful use, or where required by Meta, Telegram or applicable law.
• We may discontinue the Service as a whole with reasonable prior notice.
• On termination, your access ends and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Deletion Instructions.

Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law survive termination.

We may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date, and material changes are announced through the Telegram bot. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any dispute that cannot be settled through negotiation shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
