User Data Deletion Instructions

1. 1Open the botOpen @sssalesbot in Telegram using the same account you used to sign up.
2. 2Send the delete commandSend the command /delete_data in the chat.
3. 3Confirm the requestThe bot will show you what will be deleted and ask for confirmation. Confirm to submit the request — this step exists so nothing is erased by accident.
4. 4Receive confirmationYou will get a message confirming that the request was registered, and a final confirmation once deletion is complete.

1. 1Write to usSend an email to ghost.targetolog@gmail.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
2. 2Identify your accountInclude your Telegram username or user ID, and — if you connected one — the Meta ad account ID, so we can locate the correct account.
3. 3VerificationWe may ask you to confirm your identity from the Telegram account linked to the data. This protects you from deletion requests made by someone else.
4. 4Receive confirmationWe reply by email once the deletion has been carried out.

Once a deletion request is processed, we permanently remove:

• Your Ghost Targetolog account and profile.
• Your Telegram account data stored by us — user ID, username, name and the message history held in the bot.
• All Meta access tokens and the authorization link between the Service and your Facebook / Instagram ad accounts.
• Data we retrieved from the Meta Marketing API and stored on our side — campaign structures, creatives, audiences and cached performance metrics.
• Your settings, AI recommendations, reports and saved templates.
• Your subscription profile (financial and accounting records are kept only for the period required by the tax law of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

Some data is outside our control or must legally be retained. Deleting your Ghost Targetolog data does not:

• Delete your Meta ad account, Facebook Page, Instagram account, campaigns or ads — these belong to you and remain in your Meta Business account.
• Delete data stored by Meta or Telegram on their own platforms. To remove data there, use the settings and deletion tools of those platforms.
• Remove accounting and payment records that we are required to retain by law.
• Affect anonymized, aggregated statistics that can no longer identify you.

You can also revoke our access independently at any time in your Facebook settings under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, or in Meta Business Manager. Revoking access immediately stops all further API calls.

• Deletion requests are acknowledged within 3 business days.
• Data is fully deleted within 30 days of the request, including copies held in routine backups.
• Meta access tokens are revoked immediately upon receipt of the request.
• You receive a final confirmation — in Telegram or by email, depending on how you submitted the request — once deletion is complete.
• Deletion is irreversible: an account and its data cannot be restored afterwards. You are welcome to create a new account later.
